The EAPO started to act as ISA and IPEA
From July 1, 2022, the Eurasian Patent Office began to perform the functions of an International Searching and International Preliminary Examining Authorities under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT). Now applicants who wish to file applications under the PCT procedure have the opportunity to use the services of the EAPO. An international search will be provided by the Eurasian Patent Office on the applications in Russian and English.
